Beach Beauty Cancellation Policy

completely understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change.

However, when appointments are cancelled or moved at very short notice, it is often difficult for me to fill the space. As a small business, each appointment is time set aside especially for you, so I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. This gives me the best chance of offering the appointment to another client.

Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours’ notice

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with between 24 and 48 hours’ notice, a charge of 50% of the treatment cost may apply if I am unable to fill your appointment slot.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me, the full treatment cost will be charged.

Repeated short-notice cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel or rearrange appointments at short notice may be asked to pay in advance for future bookings.
